Det var på Hirscholm Slot den ulykkelige kærlighedshistorie mellem dronning Caroline Mathilde og kongens livlæge Struensee stod i fuldt flor. Nu ønsker Museum Nordsjælland ønsker at indrette nyt Struensee museum i slottets tidligere kornlade.
